AVCAL submissions to ATO on draft determinations D17 and D18
AVCAL has submitted its responses to the Australian Tax Office draft determinations (TD 2009/17 Income tax: treaty shopping and TD 2009/D18 Income tax: can a private equity entity make an income gain), which were made available for public comment on 16 December 2009.
